This GAGS will explore computation and the application of machine learning in biomedical research. A particular focus will be on computational drug discovery in which all participants will attend the “Advances in computational drug discovery” mini-symposium organized by Dr. Ellingson. The mini-symposium will present work happening at several national labs to increase the accuracy of drug binding predictions and enable important health related research with leadership class computing.
