What conference theme areas are you interested in (check all that apply):
Data Analytics and Visualization
Data-Driven Modeling and Prediction
Scientific Software and High-Performance Computing
Interests:
I am interested in the computational science regarding Bacteriophages (viruses that prey upon bacteria), with interests ranging from creating a database in order to minimize duplicate research, to examining the relationship of structure to lifestyle, to using structural information to make predictions about phages and their environments. To this end, I am interested in furthering my knowledge in the fields of mathematical modeling, use of pertinent software, machine learning, statistical methods and high-performance computing.
Non-Work Related Activities:
I enjoy gardening, video games, national parks, reading, sewing (generally constructing using recycled materials), raising my children, swimming, and craft beer.
