My research interests and experiences are in the intersection of biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, statistics, and telecommunication, in particular, molecular communication (MC) concepts, information and coding theory, signal processing, and machine learning. I am specializing in analyzing and interpretation of interdisciplinary data such as omics, cancer, therapeutics microbiome, and medical data, for example electroencephalography and near-infrared spectroscopy. I am also familiar with optimization techniques and with various computer programming languages including Java and Python. I specialize in an inter-disciplinary scientific research that centers around the computer and informational science and engineering concepts applied to biology. One of the specializations involves exploring the theoretical and application of telecommunication systems engineering concepts to the quantitative modeling of information exchange within a single biological cell and among multiple cells. I also propose the design of techniques able to leverage natural cell communication pathways for the realization of novel artificial communication systems. Moreover, I am specializing in computational biology, bioinformatics, machine learning and data science for analyzing, characterization, feature extraction, visualization and in particular developing machine learning models that can predict microbial community behavior distinguishing “friend” from “foe” organisms present in the environment. Apart from these, I am specialized in artificial intelligence and signal processing for automating the systems by capturing, analyzing and predicting detectable human brain thought changes in electroencephalography (EEG) signals that could be suitable for controlling external devices.

Non-Work Related Activities/Interests:

As a daily activity either I will invove in swimming or tennis. I also involve in out door activities like palying basket ball, cricket, joggin, yoga or volley ball. I love to meeting new people at least one person per day, invoving in social activities organization like The Sisters Nurturing Sisters is a non profit organization helps for woman to empower their life. Also participating for Hour of Code as Mentor/Volunteer.
