What conference theme areas are you interested in (check all that apply):

Education and interdisciplinary programs in CSE;
High-order methods, novel discretizations, and scalable solvers;
High-performance computing, emerging architectures and programming paradigms

My research interests lie in theoretical numerical linear algebra. In particular, most of my research spans the area of scalable nonlinear generalized eigensolvers. In addition this, I am interested in the graduate experience for underrepresented minorities in STEM.

Non-Work Related Activities/Interests:

I am participating this year as a group leader for University of Illinois’ Summer Predoctoral Institute where incoming PhD students of underrepresented groups get an opportunity to begin research and get introduced to university resources. Additionally, I am also a core member for University of Illinois’ Institute for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access where I have received a grant for research in educational policy.
