Richard Coffey

Richard Coffey is a Technical Account Manager for Amazon Web Services.  He serves enterprise customers for AWS by bringing his  technical skills, by leveraging his experiences in strategy and management, and by stewarding long-term relationships.  He previously served as Chief Technical Adviser at KnowNow STD and as the Director of User Experience at the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility. His interests are data mining, business intelligence, mentoring, team building, leadership and providing the very best customer experience.
