Dr. Robert Harrison is a Professor and Endowed Director of the Institute for Advanced Computational Science at Stony Brook University. Dr. Harrison also serves as the Director of the Computational Sciences Center at Brookhaven National Laboratory. He received his PhD in Organic and Theoretical Chemistry at the University of Cambridge in 1984. Dr. Harrison’s research interests include scientific and high performance computing, theoretical and computational chemistry, and response theory, among others.
