
Aimee is a results-driven professional committed to expanding awareness of STEM career pathways and increasing access to opportunities for individuals who may not have previously been exposed to them. She is a seasoned clinical research professional with extensive experience leading studies from feasibility assessment through first patient in across a varied portfolio of sponsors, hospitals, and academic institutions.
Prior to joining Sustainable Horizons Institute, Aimee built more than 25 years of research experience across pre-clinical and clinical trials, spanning multiple study phases and therapeutic areas. Her background includes leadership roles within Vanderbilt University’s Translational Research and Oncology Clinical Research Programs, as well as laboratory experience as a research scientist specializing in monoclonal antibody production.
She holds a B.A. in Applied Studies and an M.A. in Psychology with a concentration in mediation and conflict resolution, graduating with honors from both programs.
