Where are you from?
I’m from Salinas, a small town in Puerto Rico. I spent a large part of my life there before moving on to further my education. I completed my bachelors and I am currently doing my masters at the University of Puerto Rico’s Rio Piedras Campus

What are your academic/technical/or energy justice interests?
My academic and technical interests are primarily in Programming and Cybersecurity. Additionally, also the implementation of sustainable energy solutions to empower small town communities.

Do you have any hobbies?
I’m quite passionate about a variety of hobbies. They include programming, playing video games, immersing myself in a good book, and enjoying movies.

What are you most excited about for this program?
I’m thrilled about the prospect of gaining a deep understanding of High Performance Computing systems in this program. More so, I am eager to explore how we can leverage this knowledge to develop energy-efficient solutions, potentially making a significant impact in energy conservation.”
