As a graduate student whose specialization is in Data Analytics, I am motivated by creative project work and taking up new challenges. Although I am new to computing, I am intrigued by the work done by various mentors at Brookhaven National Lab. I am particularly motivated by Prof. Kerstin Kleese van Dam who is the Director of the Computational Science Initiative at Brookhaven National Laboratory. One of her expertise is in Data Analytics and I believed it is a great opportunity to be mentored by one of the best Female Scientist in the States. This made me so excited about participating in this program.
