Mark has strong interest in the science of human flourishing and served as a mentor to college students for over 16 years, working at both public universities and a private college, as well as for a non-profit medical education company. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University.
Mark looks forward to a career stretch—applying his creative strengths in support of the mission of SHI, especially building connections between students, faculty and thought leaders within STEM fields.
He cultivates compassion through breathwork, yoga, music and walks through our desert canyon trails.
