I am interested in research that use mathematics and scientific computing to solve problems. My research has been in Image processing. More specifically image deblurring. I studied and applied different deblurring methods to remove blur on number plates of cars to enhance investigations in my master’s program.

I’m currently in a PhD program. This summer, I’m assisting my professors with research on COVID-19 which is very exciting. I have had the opportunity to use Data Mining tools and Bayesian Scientific Computing concepts in this project.

Non-Work Related Activities/Interests:

When I’m not doing research, I like to travel, participate in all of kinds of sports and read novels. I was on varsity team in high school and a co-captain for the volleyball and handball teams. I also placed third in the inter-school athletic competition in the high jump category.
