Interests:

My research interest is in signal processing more specifically image restoration. I am about to complete a master’s thesis which is mainly a Comparative Study on Image deblurring techniques. My research involves implementing an algorithm that will solve a problem at my school back in Ghana, Africa. I intend to deblur the number plate of a car that was captured by the cameras in the school. I just started a research project with Professor Jing Qin in my new school, Montana State University. At the moment, I am studying Augmented Lagrangian method for Total Variation Video Restoration. The purpose of the study is to introduce me to the Concept of Total Variation and Video restoration. It is very exciting and I hope to carry on along this line.

Non-Work Related Activities/Interests:

I like to engage in Sports activities when I’m not doing any school work or research related stuff. Back in high school, I was the school captain for the volleyball team and the co-captain for the school’s handball team. In athletics, I love to do high jump. I placed third in High jump for both Inter-House athletic competition and the National Inter-School athletics competition.
