I am extremely passionate about chemistry. Organic Chemistry, most importantly, made me feel in love with chemistry and how well it relates to us and our being. The way, in chemistry, we can come up with formulas and medicines that are going to be a boon to mankind, makes me even more inclined to pursue my interests in chemistry. I want to be an inventor and researcher in chemistry, specifically in pharmaceutical field. The intricate workings of chemistry mesmerizes me which is why am so passionate and excited about going into research in chemistry.
Non-Work Related Activities/Interests:
I like to participate in debates, discussions and symposiums and love to represent college at such events. I had actively been participating in various competitions and workshops throughout my high school years which contributed to my personality and made the entire experience very enriching. Social works also form an equally imperative part of my life. As a volunteer at community service club in my high school, I contributed by teaching children, organizing events, mobilizing resources and coordinating people in conducting events to generate awareness about social causes. I have organized tons of events and fundraising events for hospitals and schools. I participated in an environment campaign where I had the responsibility of convincing the government to use solar panels in the street lights where my team won the event. I have also worked with Direct Relief to make packets. I like to contribute to my society in whichever and whatever way possible.
