Bob Robey is the Global Training Lead in the HPC and Sovereign AI Group at AMD and a Principal Member of the Technical Staff. He has a background in compressible fluid dynamics and worked on many large multi-physics codes. He was the founder of the Parallel Computing Summer Research Internship at Los Alamos National Laboratory and led it for seven years. He is a co-author of Parallel and High Performance Computing, Manning Publications.
He is deeply invested in developing the next generation talent for cutting edge HPC and AI applications.
