Xi “Bill” Chen

I have worked as a student volunteer for the SuperComputing conference. I also organized and taught workshops and tutorials for Nividia deep learning Institute. I would love to contribute to the community with my unique educational and industrial experience. I have been attended several SIAM conferences during my Ph.D. career, which benefited me a lot. Although I wasn’t a computer science major, these conferences exposed me to novel ideas and connected me with supporting communities. Right now I am working in Silicon Valley as a data scientist and machine learning engineer and I love what I do. I am benefited from the SIAM conference, and I hope to contribute back, so I would like to serve on the organizing committee.
