As a decorated Leader of Marines, Enterprise-Level Community Engagement Strategist, and Business Development Leader Ron has over 15 years of experience in coordinating national and international campaigns. He has managed live event campaigns for brands such as Coca-Cola, John Deere & GE. Ron has managed national campaigns for the US Army Ten80 STEM Program and has experience in nonprofit formation, structure, and governance. Most recently Ron managed a multi-location job development Project in the impoverished country of Haiti. This 4-year initiative was successful in improving youth employment, achieving gender equality in the workplace, and correcting wage discrepancies. Ron currently resides in Southern California with his wife and children.
